extent that the provisions thereof take effect in each
tax assessment district, on a district by district
basis, when the comprehensive zoning maps are adopted
and become effective in each of said tax assessment
districts; and if said Bills do not become law, then
this ordinance shall be null and void and of no force
and effect.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-308(b) (3A) to the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article III, "Residential Districts", Heading,
"Multi—family Districts", Subheading, "R15 - Low
Density Multi-family Districts", to follow
immediately after Section 13—308(b) (3) thereof,
to repeal Section 13-308 (b) (11) of said Code,
Title, Subtitle, Article, Heading and Subheading,
and to enact new Section 13—308 (b) (11) in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the section
repealed, and to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments, Section 13-308.4 (b) (2) of said Code,
Title, Subtitle, Article, Heading and Subheading,
respectively, to revise the zoning regulations
for R—15 — Low Density Multi—family Districts to
authorize dwelling unit complexes as a permitted
use and to establish criteria therefor, to change
the criteria for townhouses in said districts, to
change the yard and set—back requirements for
townhouses, and matters generally related
thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section
13-308(b) (3A) be, and it is hereby added to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements) ,
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
