[ (4) ] (5) Two thousand (2,000) square feet for
each town house AND EACH UNIT IN A DWELLING UNIT
COMPLEX IN R5 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
[ (5) ] (6) Four thousand five hundred (4,500)
square feet for each duplex and semi-detached
dwellings IN R5 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
Section 13-307.6 (d)
(2) In R5 - Residential Districts, no townhouse
shall be located within thirty feet (30') of any
boundary line of a subdivision unless it adjoins open
space; nor shall any rear yard of a one (1) family
[detached] dwelling be less than thirty feet (30') in
depth (except as provided in subsections (d)(1)(i) and
(ii) of this section.
SECTION 3A. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT
SECTION 13-307.5 (B) AND (C) OF SAID CODE, TITLE,
SUBTITLE, ARTICLE AND HEADING, BE, AND IT IS HEREBY
REPEALED.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That in
accordance with the provisions of Section 2 1—301 of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 21, "General Provisions, Penalties
and Rules of Interpretation," Subtitle 3, "Rules of
Interpretation," the catchlines or section headings of
the several sections of this ordinance are intended as
mere catchwords to indicate the contents of said
section, and shall not be deemed or taken to be titles
of such sections, nor as any part of said section.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
any provisions of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
Bills Nos. 154-72, 155-72, 157-72 and 158-72 become
law, then this ordinance shall take effect forty—five
(45) days from the date it becomes law, only to the
