Resolution No. R72-5 to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 342, relating to the
width and size of lots for townhouses constructed on interior lots, was introduced by
the Clerk "On Request" and was approved on MOTION of Mr. Eckard, seconded
by Mr. Babylon and duly passed. Thereafter, on MOTION of Mr. Eckard,
seconded by Mr. Babylon and duly passed, the Rules of Order were suspended for
the purpose of passage of Resolution No. R72-5. Finally, upon MOTION of Mr.
Babylon, seconded by Mr. Eckard and unanimously passed, Resolution No. R72-5
was adopted.

RESOLUTION NO. R72-5

WHEREAS the Westminster Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended certain changes in ARTICLE 14, DIVISION VIII, (Planned Unit
Development) SECTION 14.8, SUBSECTION (j) of ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 342, relating to the width and size of lots for town houses constructed on
interior lots; and

WHEREAS the Mayor and Common Council of Westminster believe such
recommended changes to be beneficial and desirable, and conducive toward the
orderly growth of the residential areas of the City of Westminster; it is therefore
