NEW BOUNDARIES

All of the following tract or parcel of land situate southeast of the present
corporate limits of the City of Westminster, in Westminster District, Carroll
County, State of Maryland, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at the point of intersection of the south side of Colonial
Avenue, 40 feet wide (formerly Maxwell Street) and the east side of a 12 foot alley
as laid out on the Plat of "Friendship Heights" as recorded among the Land
