2450                                    MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

East 49.80 feet from the City monument heretofore set marked CL-1897, thence
leaving said place of beginning and running with and binding on the said corporate
line of the City of Westminster, as now surveyed.

1.  South 39 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East, 428.81 feet to a point formed
by the intersection of the said corporate line with the southeast right of way line of
Bishop Street (formerly known as Alms House Lane) 26 feet wide as laid out in
deed dated April 8, 1921, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll
County in Liber E.O.C. No. 138, folio 343, etc. which was conveyed by W. Frank
Thomas to the County Commissioners of Carroll County thence running with and
binding on said southeast right of way line of Bishop Street, as now surveyed.

2.    South 25 degrees 51 minutes 16 seconds West. 483.21 feet to the
northeasternmost end of the 50 foot wide right of way of the relocation of Bishop
Street as laid out and shown on the plats of Center Street Extended which are
recorded in Carroll County Plat Book No. 2, page 9 and 10, thence running across
the end of said 50 foot right of way of Bishop Street, as now surveyed.

3.  North 64 degrees 04 minutes 42 seconds West, 38.00 feet to the northwest
side of Bishop Street 50 feet wide thence running with and binding on said
northwest side of Bishop Street, as now surveyed.

4.  By a curve to the right in a westerly direction with a radius of 499.25 feet for
a distance of 461.24 feet, the arc of which is subtended by a chord bearing South
52 degrees 23 minutes 18 seconds West, 445.01 feet thence leaving said northwest
side of Bishop Street and running across the bed of Center Street, as now
surveyed.

5.  South 78 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West, 96.00 feet to intersect the west
side of said Center Street there laid out 60 feet wide, as shown on the
aforementioned plats of Center Street Extended thence running with and binding
on said west side of Center Street, as now surveyed.

6.  South 11 degrees 08 minutes 42 seconds East, 970.00 feet to the north side of
Bishop Street, there laid out 50 feet wide, as shown on the aforesaid plats, thence
leaving said Center Street and running with and binding on said north side of
Bishop Street, the three following courses and distances, as now surveyed, viz:

7.  By a curve to the right in a southwesterly direction with a radius of 30.00 feet
for a distance of 47.12 feet the arc of which is subtended by a chord bearing South
33 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West, 42.43 feet to the end of said curve, thence.

8.  South 78 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West, 6.00 feet and thence.

9.  By a curve to the left in a southwesterly direction with a radius of 579.04 feet
for a distance 254.86 feet the arc of which is subtended by a chord bearing South
66 degrees 14 minutes 45.5 seconds West, 252.81 feet to intersect the second or
North 60 5/8 degrees West, 1599 foot line of the first or smaller parcel of land
which by deed dated July 28, 1944 and recorded among the Land Records of
Carroll County in Liber E.A.S. No. 184, folio 136, etc., was conveyed by the
County Commissioners of Carroll County to W. Frank Thomas at the distance of
40.76 feet measured reversely along said second line from a concrete monument
marked with the Roman Numeral II heretofore set at the end thereof, thence
running with and binding in part on a part of said second line and running with
and binding in part on the second or North 60 5/8 degrees West, 1664 foot line of
the second or larger parcel of the second hereinmentioned deed, as now surveyed.
