2544                            County Local Laws

Section 5. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-303.1

(a)   (3) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article III, "Residential
Districts", Heading, "General Provisions", Subheading, "RA—
Agricultural Residential Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, be and
it is hereby repealed.

Section 6. And be it further enacted, That new Section 13-303.1
(13A) be, and it is hereby added to said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article,
Heading and Subheading, to follow immediately after Section 13-303.1
(13) thereof, to read as follows:

Section 13-303.1 (a).

(13A) Home Occupations

Section 7. And be it further enacted, That Sections 13-303.1

(b)   (2), 13-304.4 (b), 13-307.6 (d) (1) (ii), 13-308.1, 13-310.1,
13-310.2, 13-311.2, 13-312.2, 13-313.1, 13-314.2, 13-319.2, 13-322.1,
13-327 (f) and 13-351.21H (1) of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
respectively under Article III, "Residential Districts", Heading,
"General Provisions", Subheading, "RA—Agricultural Residential
Districts", "Cluster Developments", Heading, "Multi-Family Dis-
tricts", Subheading, "R-15 Low Multi-Family Districts", "R-44 High
Density Multi-Family Districts", Article IV, "Commercial Districts",
Heading, "C1—Local Retail Districts", "C2—Commercial Office
Districts", "C3—General Commercial Districts", "C4—Highway
Commercial Districts", Article VI, "Special Districts", Heading, "DD
—Deferred Development Districts", "MB—Maritime Group B. Dis-
tricts", Article IX, "Signs", Heading, "General Provisions", as
added by Bills Nos. 18-70, 39-70, 54-70, 13-71, 17-71 and 93-70, be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Section 13-303.1 (b).

(2) Bona fide, non-profit eleemosynary and philanthropic or-
ganizations or institutions conforming with the provisions of Sub-
sections [13-303.1] (b) (1) (i), (ii) and (iii) of this Section.

Section 13-304.4.

(b) In addition to the provisions of Subsection (a) of this
Section, accessory structures on corner lots shall be located not less
than forty feet (40') from the side street line. Where a corner lot
abuts a side street having no lots (existing or proposed) fronting on
the same side of the block as such corner lot, an accessory structure
may be located [(i)] not less than twenty-five feet (25') from the
side street, or [(ii)] twenty-five feet (25') from the side street line
proposed on any recorded plat, in any approved capital improvement
project, or in the Anne Arundel County Master Plan of Transporta-
tion.

Section 13-307.6 (d)(l).

(ii) Is not classified in an RA—Agricultural Residential, R1,
R2 or R5 Residential District.
