Section 13-308.1.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in an R-15 low density multi-family
district:

(1)    All uses in conjunction with alcoholic beverage licenses.

(2)    Heliports.

(3)    Mobile home parks.

(4)    Public utilities.

Section 13-310.1.

All uses permitted in Section 13-308 (with the exception of
semi-detached and duplex residences, single family residences and
townhouse residences) shall be permitted in [R-22 Medium] R-44
High Density Multi-Family Districts.

Section 13-310.2.

With the exception of mobile home parks, all uses set forth in
Section 13-308.1 shall be permitted as special exceptions in [R-22
Medium] R-44 High Density Multi-Family Districts.

Section 13-311.2.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in C1—Local Retail Districts:

(1)    All uses in conjunction with alcoholic beverages.

(2)    Automobile service stations (only in Cl-B Districts)

(3)    Public utilities and uses.

Section 13-312.2.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in a C2 Commercial Office District:

(1)    All uses in conjunction with alcoholic beverage licenses.

(2)    Transit stations.

(3)    Public utilities and uses.

Section 13-313.1.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in a C3 General Commercial District:

(1)    All uses set forth in Section 13-312.2.

(2)    Automobile service stations.

(3)    Radio and television towers.

(4)    Rifle, pistol, skeet and archery ranges (indoors).
