(54)    Marina—Any public, COMMERCIAL, community or
club facility with a mooring, berthing, storing, or securing of water-
craft (not including private mooring, berthing, storing, or securing
facilities to accommodate boats solely for the use of a resident of the
respective property, or the use of such facilities by guests visiting and
housed within the dwelling of said property).

(55)    Marina, Commercial—A marina facility providing services
for public and/or private use, operated as a profit-making enter-
prise.

(56)    Marina, Community—A marina facility owned by a
Community Association providing limited service in and for the
subdivision, its residents and their guests.

(57)    Marquee—A permanent roofed projection attached to,
supported by, and part of the principal structure.

(58)    Minor Repairs—Painting, refinishing, carpentry work
(not involving total replacing or reconstructing of the exterior or
interior of a craft on its existing frame, construction or recon-
struction with structural frame alterations), and any type of inboard
engine work not requiring the removal or replacement of the engine

in the craft.

(59)    Mobile Home—A structure or vehicle:

(a)    Used or designed for use as living quarters, sleeping
accommodations, a flush toilet, a tub or shower bath, kitchen facili-
ties, and plumbing and electrical connections for attachment to an
outside system; AND

(b)    Designed WITHOUT A PERMANENT FOUNDATION
for transportation after fabrication on streets or highways on
wheels, flatbed or other trailers; AND

(c)    Ready for occupancy except for minor and incidental un-
packing and assembly operation on arrival at site to be occupied.

(60)    Mobile Home Parks—A tract of land in single ownership
which has been developed with all necessary facilities and services in
accordance with a site development plan, meeting all the requirements
of this subtitle; and which is intended for the express purpose of
providing a satisfying living environment for mobile home resi-
dents on a long term occupancy basis.

(61)    Motel—A structure or group of structures having living
and/or sleeping accommodations used primarily for transient occu-
pancy with individual entrances from outside the structure to serve
each of the guest rooms.

(62)    Mouth of River—See "River, Mouth of".

(63)    Multi-Family—See "Dwellings, Multi-Family".

(64)    Nursing Home—A home for the aged, chronically ill, or
incurable persons in which three or more persons not of the immedi-
ate family are received, kept, or provided with food and shelter or
