2416                            County Local Laws

(2)    OPERATORS OF HOME OCCUPATIONS MUST BE
RESIDENTS OF THE DWELLING UNIT IN WHICH SAID OP-
ERATION IS LOCATED, EXCEPT FOR DAY CARE CENTERS:
AND NOT MORE THAN ONE (1) NON-RESIDENT OF SUCH
DWELLING UNIT MAY BE EMPLOYED.

(3)    SAID OCCUPATION SHALL NOT REQUIRE OUT-
DOOR STORAGE OF MERCHANDISE OR OF SERVICE VE-
HICLES.

(4)    THE SALE OF GOODS IN THE SAME FORM AS
PURCHASED SHALL BE PROHIBITED.

(5)    HOME OCCUPATIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
FOLLOWING:

(I)    CUSTOM WOODWORKING.

(II)    FLORIST AND/OR NURSERY OPERATIONS FOR
FLOWERS AND PLANTS RAISED ON THE PREMISES.

(III)    HAIR DRESSING.

(IV)    JEWELRY, WATCH AND CLOCK REPAIR.

(V)    SEAMSTRESS AND TAILORING ESTABLISHMENTS.

(VI)    PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC OFFICE.

(VII)    PROFESSIONAL OFFICES.

(VIII)    SCISSOR AND SAW SHARPENING.

(46)    Kennel—Any structure, land, or portion thereof, which
is used for the housing of more than four (4) dogs, four (4) or more
months of age, for the purposes of show, hunting, breeding, sale, or
as pets (except as accessory to an agricultural use or a, pet shop,
OR VETERINARIAN HOSPITAL).

(47)    Lot—A portion of a subdivision, or any other parcel of
land (whether immediate or future), not including multi-family
development.

(48)    Lot Corner—A lot abutting on two or more intersecting
streets.

(49)    Lot Line—The boundary of a lot.

(50)    Lot line, Front—The lot line towards which the principal
structure faces.

(51)    Lot line, Rear—The lot line generally opposite or parallel
to the front lot line.

(52)    Maintenance—Services on operable craft necessary to
keep them in operable condition, and not requiring the removal of
the craft from the water.

(53)    Major Repairs—All types of refinishing, reconstruction
and engine repair and replacement, not including construction of
anything constituting a structural alteration.
