Darnestown—Rockville Road (Md. Route 28) to the point of its intersection
with Quince Orchard Road (Md. Route 124), and thence northerly along
the center line of said Quince Orchard Road to its junction with Longdraft
Road, and thence northerly with the center line of said Longdraft Road,
crossing Longdraft Branch and via Great Seneca State Park where Long-
draft Road intersects the easternmost boundary of said Great Seneca State
Park, and thence along the eastern boundary of said Great Seneca State
Park in a northwesterly direction and following said outlines of said Great
Seneca State Park to the point where it joins Clopper Road, and thence
along the center line of said Clopper Road in a northwesterly direction
to the intersection of Darnestown—Germantown Road (Md. Route 118),
and thence along the center line of said road in a northeasterly direction
to the point of its intersection with Frederick Road (Md. Route 355), and
thence northerly along said Frederick Road to the point of its junction with
Cedar Grove Road (Md. Route 27), and thence in a northeasterly direction
along said Cedar Grove Road to the point of its intersection with Brink
Road, and thence easterly along the center line of said Brink Road and
along the continuation as it becomes Wightman Road and then becoming
Snouffers School Road (Md. Route 115), in a southeasterly direction and
crossing Gaithersburg—Laytonsville Road (Md. Route 124) to where said
road becomes Muncaster Mill Road and continuing along the center line
of said Muncaster Mill Road (Md. Route 115) to its intersection with
Muncaster Road in Redland, and thence in a southerly direction along the
center line of said Redland Road via Derwood, and thence crossing the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-way to a junction with Frederick
Road (Md. Route 355), and thence running northerly along the Frederick
Road to the point of its junction with Fields Road, and thence westerly
along said Fields Road to its junction with Shady Grove Road, and thence
running southwesterly a distance on Shady Grove Road to the point of
beginning.

(j) Election District No. 10. All that portion of the tenth election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at a
point on the Maryland—Virginia boundary located directly opposite and at
a point of the extension of Swains Lock Road as such extended line inter-
sects with said border, and thence running across said Potomac and cir-
cumscribing the southern portion of Gladys Island, and thence along the
line running to the center point of Swains Lock Road and along the center
line of said Swains Lock Road to the point of its junction with River
Road, and thence in a southeasterly direction along the center line of said
River Road (Md. Route 190) to the point of its junction with Piney
Meetinghouse Road, and thence in a northerly direction along the center
line of said Piney Meetinghouse Road to the point where the Potomac
Electric transmission lines intersect said Piney Meetinghouse Road at a
point north of Albermyrtle Road, and thence in an easterly direction along
the southern boundary of the said power line right-of-way to the point
where it is intersected by Falls Road (Md. Route 189), and thence along
the center line of said Falls Road in a southerly direction to the point of
its junction with Tuckerman Lane and thence easterly along the center
line of said Tuckerman Lane to the point of its intersection with Interstate
70-S, and along the center line of the right-of-way of Interstate 70-S
south to its junction with Interstate 270, and thence along the center line
of the right-of-way of Interstate 270 to the point of its junction with
Interstate 495, and thence south along the center line of the right-of-way
