2404                               County Local Laws

of Interstate 495 to the point where it is intersected by the Maryland—
Virginia boundary line, and thence running northwest along said boundary
line to the point of beginning.

(k) Election District No. 11. All that portion of the eleventh election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at a point
in the vicinity of Dawsonville where the Beallsville—Dawsonville Road
(Md. Route 28) and White Ground Road (Md. Route 121) intersect, and
running thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of the
Beallsville—Dawsonville Road (Md. Route 28), and following thence a
northwesterly course along said road and continuing via Beallsville where-
upon said road is also known as Dickerson—Beallsville Road (Md. Route
28) to the point of its junction with Martinsburg Road, and where said
Route 28 becomes Dickerson Road in a northerly direction to its junction
with the boundary of Frederick and Montgomery Counties, and thence
running in a northeasterly direction along said boundary line to the point
where it forms an apex with the junction of the Comus—Hyattstown Road
(Md. Route 109), and thence in an easterly and southeasterly direction
along the center line of the Comus—Hyattstown Road, thence running in
a southerly direction along the extension of the Hyattstown Road, known
as Ridge Road, to its intersection with Comus Road, and thence in an
easterly direction along said Comus Road to its intersection with Slidell
Road, and thence running southerly along the center line of said Slidell
Road via Slidell to the intersection with Barnesville Road and Bucklodge
Road, and thence along said Barnesville Road (Md. Route 117) in a south-
easterly direction through the village of Boyds, crossing the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad right-of-way, and running thence along White Ground Road
(Md. Route 121) in a southwesterly direction to the point of beginning.

(1) Election District No. 12. All that portion of the twelfth election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at a
point where the Montgomery County and Frederick County boundary is
intersected by Price's Distillery Road, and thence along the center line of
said Price's Distillery Road in a southeasterly direction running through
Lewisdale and continuing its course to where Price's Distillery Road joins
Mountain View Road and Burnt Hill Road, and thence at that junction
continuing in a southerly direction along the center line of Burnt Hill Road
to its junction with Kingstead Road, and thence east along the center line
of said Kingstead Road to the point where it is intersected by Kings
Valley Road, and thence southeasterly along the center of said Kings Valley
Road to the point where it is intersected by Cedar Grove Road (Md. Route
27), and thence along the center line of said Cedar Grove Road in a
southerly direction to the point where said road is joined by Davis Mill
Road, and thence along the center line of Davis Mill Road in a southeasterly
direction to its junction with Blunt Road, following the center line of
Blunt Road to its intersection with Great Seneca Creek, and thence running
in a northerly direction along the center line of the creek bed of Great
Seneca Creek crossing and past Woodfield Road (Md. Route 124), and
proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the point of its junction with the
center line of the right-of-way of Jarl Drive, in a northeasterly direction
to the point of its junction with Damascus—Etchison Road (Md. Route
108), and along the center line of said road to its junction with Mullinix
Mill Road, and thence running in a northeasterly direction along the center
line of said Mullinix Mill Road to a point on the Montgomery County—
Howard County boundary, and thence running with the line of said
boundary to the point at Parrs Spring where Montgomery County, Howard
