main branch of Rock Creek northeast of and immediately proximate to
the Pooks Hill Interchange, and thence along the center line of said Beach
Drive in a northwesterly direction to the point of its intersection with
Rockville Pike (Md. Route 355), and thence across said Rockville Pike
along the center line of Grosvenor Lane in a westerly direction to the
point of its intersection with Interstate 70-S, and thence in a northwesterly
direction along the center line of the right-of-way of said Interstate 70-S
to the point of its intersection with Old Georgetown Road (Md. Route
187), and thence in a southerly direction along Old Georgetown Road to
the point of its junction with Democracy Boulevard, and thence in a
westerly direction along the center line of the right-of-way of Democracy
Boulevard to the point of its junction with Interstate Route 270, and thence
in a southerly direction along said Interstate 270 to its junction with
Interstate 495, and thence south with said road to a point where it
Intersects the boundary line dividing Montgomery County and the Common-
wealth of Virginia, and thence along said boundary on the southerly side
of the Potomac River in a southeasterly direction to the point of beginning.

(h) Election District No. 8. All that portion of the eighth election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at a point
of the intersection of Norbeck Road (Md. Route 609) and the center point
of the creek bed of Rock Creek, and thence in a northeasterly direction
along the center line of said Norbeck Road to its junction with Georgia
Avenue (Md. Route 97), and thence in a northerly direction along the
center line of said Georgia Avenue to the point of its junction with the
easterly continuance of Norbeck Road (Md. Route 609), and through the
point of its junction with Layhill Road which becomes Ednor Road, and
continuing along the center line of said Ednor Road to the point of its
junction with the Montgomery County—Howard County line, and thence
in a northwesterly direction with said boundary line to a point of inter-
section with the center line of Georgia Avenue (Md. Route 97), and thence
southerly along said Georgia Avenue to the point of its intersection with
Hawlings River and thence running westerly along the center line of the
bed of the main branch of said Hawlings River to the point of its inter-
section with Hobbs Road, and thence southerly along the center line of
said Hobbs Road (Md. Route 582), then becoming Zion Road to the point
of its intersection with Brookeville Road in Mt. Zion, and thence in a
westerly direction along the center line of said Brookeville Road to the
point of its jurisdiction with Olney—Laytonsville Road (Md. Route 108),
thence in a northwesterly direction along said Olney—Laytonsville Road
(Md. Route 108), to the point of its junction with Muncaster Road, and
thence in a southerly direction along said Muncaster Road to the point of
its intersection with Muncaster Mill Road (Md. Route 115) in Redland,
and thence southeasterly along said Muncaster Mill Road to the point of
its intersection with North Branch Creek confluent with Lake Norbeck
also known as Lake Bernard Frank, and thence following the mean center
line of said Lake in a southerly direction to its confluence with Rock Creek,
and thence along the center line of the creek bed of Rock Creek to the
point of beginning.

(i) Election District No. 9. All that portion of the ninth election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at the
point where Interstate 70-S is intersected by Shady Grove Road, and thence
southerly along the center line of said Shady Grove Road to the point of
its junction with the Darnestown—Rockville Road (Md. Route 28), and
thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of said
