APPROVED ADDITION FACILITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
FIGHTING FIRES IN ORDINARY COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS
(CLASS A) READILY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL MOBILE HOME OCCU-
PANTS. IN READILY VISIBLE LOCATIONS, THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF EACH MOBILE HOME PARK SHALL CONTAIN
A FIRE FIGHTING PLAN WITH WHICH ALL OCCUPANTS SHALL
BE FAMILIAR.

16.109Animals and Pets

No mobile home owner or occupant or person in charge of any dog,

cat or other pet shall permit it to run at large in the mobile home park.

16.409—Leases

THE RENTAL OF EACH MOBILE HOME SITE SHALL BE BY
WRITTEN LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TENANT AND
MOBILE HOME PARK LICENSEE WHICH LEASE SHALL PROVIDE
FOR AN OCCUPANCY PERIOD OF NO LESS THAN NINETY (90)
DAYS WHERE THE UNIT IS OWNED BY THE LEASEE AND SHALL
PROVIDE FOR AN OCCUPANCY PERIOD OF NO LESS THAN
THIRTY (30) DAYS WHERE THE UNIT IS OWNED BY THE MOBILE
HOME PARK.

16.410  16.410—Supervision

The licensee or permittee, or duly authorized attendant or caretaker,
shall be in charge at all times to keep the Mobile Home Park, its facilities
and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or
caretaker shall be answerable with the licensee or permittee for the viola-
tion of any provision of this subtitle to which the licensee or permittee is
subject.

16.411  16.411—Management

It shall be the duty of the licensee to: (1) keep a register containing
a record of all occupants of mobile homes within the park, which register
shall be available at reasonable TIMES DURING ORDINARY WORK-
ING hours for inspection by Federal, State and local officials, (2) main-
tain the mobile home park in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at
all times, (3) control presence of dogs or other animals running loose

in the park (4) report to the County Health Officer all cases of persons

or animals affected or suspected of being affected with any communicable
disease, (5) PREPARE AND PUBLISH TO ALL OCCUPANTS A FIRE
FIGHTING PLAN APPROVED BY THE FIRE ADMINISTRATOR,
AND (6) post copies of the park rules and regulations in one or more
conspicuous places in the Mobile Home Park.

16.412 16.412—Collection of Taxes

(a) Each licensee shall collect from each occupant of a site on the
first day of each month a sum sufficient to insure payment of one-twelfth
(1/12) of the annual mobile home tax, giving to the occupant of the site
a proper receipt therefor, and each licensee shall pay the set tax collected
to the Director of Finance of Howard County, in the manner established
by the said Director of Finance, by the 10th day of the same month. The
monthly tax installment payment for each site occupied shall be due and
payable on the tenth of each month and overdue and in arrears on the
next day following the tenth, and a first lien for its payment shall attach
to the real property of the Mobile Home Park.
