       the only proper Use and Behoofe of him the Said Greenberry Cheney his heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof
       the parties to these Presents have hereunto Set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and
       Year first above Written

                      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

          Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named
       Greenberry Cheney the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration within
       mentioned to be by him paid to me                                       Charles Cheney S.r

       Witness J Hepburn      Tho Clark

       On the Twenty Eight day of September Seventeen hundred and sixty three came before
       me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named Greenbery
       Cheney and Charles Cheney and did severally acknowledge the within Deed to be their
       respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the
       Tract of Land therein mentioned and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and
       parcel thereof to be the Right and Estate of the said Greenberry Cheney his heirs and Assigns
       forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly
       in such Case made and provided

Ex.d   This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of August in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Three Between Jeremiah Jordan
       of Saint Marys County Gentleman of the one Part and James Jordan of the same
       County Gentleman of the other Part      Witnesseth that the said Jeremiah
       Jordan for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Sterling Money to him
       in hand paid by the aforesaid James Jordan at or before the ensealing and delivery
