86. at four bounded White Oaks Sapplings standing near the head of a spring and being original Bounders of each of the Tracts of Land afd and running thence North sixty five degrees East fifty perches then North thirty Eight Degrees East Forty perches North Seventy three degrees East forty two perches south forty four Degrees East Forty Four perches South thirty one degrees West Two hundred and thirty Eight perches south thirteen Degrees West Eight Six perches North sixty Degrees West Forty Eight perches North Forty Eight Degrees West fifty Four perches North Fifty five and half Degr.s West Forty Six perches to the Beginning Trees of a Tract of Land called Mobberly's Chance Then Bounding on the Said Land and running North Thirty degrees East Forty Eight Perches still with s.d Land North Forty Degrees West Thirty Perches then with a Straight line to the first Beginning Containing and now laid out for Two hundred and Thirty One Acres of Land more or Less Together with all and singular the Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and Improvements &c of every kind unto s.d Parcel of s.d Tracts or any Part of Same hereby disposed of as afd in any wise belonging Also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim Possession and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Charles Hammond of in and to the Said Part or parcel of Said Two Tracts of Land with the Appurtenances & Improvements thereof To have and To hold the Same hereby Sold and disposed of as afd with the Appurtenances &c thereof unto him the Said Philip Hammond his Heirs and Assigns for ever to and for his and their Proper Use and Behoof and for none other whatsoever And the s.d Charles doth hereby moreover for the Consideration Money so paid & rec.d by him as afd covenant and agree to and with the said Philip that he the said Charles shall and will at the Instance and Request of s.d Philip convey and make over by good & Sufficient Deed or Deeds unto a certain Francis Davis & his heirs Seven hundred Acres of Land being the Residue or remaining Part of the Two Tracts of Land afd called Buck Bottom & the Valley of Strife the s.d Philips Part afd of s.d Lands being hereby first conveyed and well Assured unto him; And further more that he the said Charles and his Heirs the afd Part or parcel of Land with its Appurtenances &c hereby bargained & Sold to the Said Philip and his heirs from and against him the s.d Charles & his heirs and all persons Whatsoever claiming and to claim by from or under him or either of them unto said Philip & his heirs shall and will hereafter Warrant & for ever defend by these Presents And that he the said Charles and his heirs shall and will at the |
