84.

       Parties to these Presents that form and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery
       or Recoveries as well these Presents and the Assurances hereby made as also the common
       Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and
       Perfected Shall be and enure and Shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and
       are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the recoveror
       or Recoverors in the Said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they
       and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the said one undivided third part
       of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premisses to and for the only Proper use and Behoofe
       of her the said Cordelia Stenhouse her Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no
       other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their
       Seals the day and Year first above Written

                         Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       named Samuel Young the sum of five shillings sterling Money being the Consideration
       within mentioned to be by him paid to us We say received
       Witness Tho.s Johnson Jun.r                  p   Alex Stenhouse
          Th.s Cockey                                           Cordelia Stenhouse

       On the day and Year first within written came before me the subscriber one of the Justices
       of the Provincial Court the within named Alexander Stenhouse and Cordelia his Wife
       Samuel Young and John Rogers and did severally Acknowledge the within Deed
       to be their Respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within
       mentioned and the one undivided third Part of the Tract of Land within mentioned
       and Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the Right Title and Estate of the
       within named Cordelia Stenhouse her heirs and Assigns for ever according to the
       true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case
