73. of the Said Premises since the same have been in their Possession the full and whole sum of six thousand Five hundred and sixty five Pounds three shillings and Nine Pence or thereabouts Which sum it is apprehended is as much or more than any Person or Persons will give for the Purchase of the said Mortgaged Premisses And Whereas the said James Johnson being fully satisfied that the said sum of six thousand Fife hundred and sixty Five pounds three shillings and Nine Pence so now due to the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer as aforesaid is as much or more than any purchaser will give for the absolute purchase of the said Mortgaged Premisses hath agreed to convey all his Estate Right TItle Interest and Equity of Redemption of in and to the said Mortgaged Premisses unto the Said Walter Ewer and John Ewer in such Manner as herein after is mentioned Now This Indenture Witnesseth that in pursuance and performance of the said Agreement and also for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten shillings a piece of Lawful Money of Great Britain to the said James Johnson and Margaret his Wife in hand well and truly paid by the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents (the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged) they the said James Johnson and Margaret his Wife Have and each of them Hath Granted bargained and sold and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth freely Clearly and Absolutely Grant Bargain and sell unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Heirs and assigns All that the said undivided fourth Part or share of him the said James Johnson (the whole into four Equal Parts to be divided) Of and in the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and Premisses which in and by the said recited Indentures of Lease and Release were Granted Bargained and Released to the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer with their and every of their appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the said Premisses and of every Part and Parcel thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Benefit and Equity of Redemption Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of them the said James Johnson and Margaret his Wife of into or out of the said undivided fourth part or share of the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and Premises hereby Bargained and sold or mentioned or Intended so to be and every or any Part or Parcel thereof To have and To hold the said undivided fourth part or share of the said Messuages Land Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premises hereby Bargained and Sold or intended so to be with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their heirs and assigns To the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other |
