705.

       Shall be Lodged and paid into the hands of the said William
       Sydebotham who is hereby appointed Cashier of the said
       Trusteeship and he the said William Sydebotham is hereby
       impowered to demand half yearly namely in the Months
       of May and October of and from his Coadjulors John & George
       Wheeler an Account of their proceedings touching the Execution ^Executive^
       part of this Trusteeship & to receive from them whatever sum
       or Sums of Money they or either of them may have received on
       Account and for the use and purposes herein mentioned and
       the said William Sydebotham Shall and will from time to
       time and at all times hereafter upon reasonable request and
       Notice give a just and true Account in Writing to the said Basil
       Wheeler and the Creditors of all Such debts sum ^and Sums^ of Money or
       other Satisfaction as upon Such Account Shall appear to be
       so had Obtained raised or recovered by fourse virtue or means
       of this present deed or otherwise out of the Estate of the said Basil
       Wheeler ^and^ or such Money or other Satisfaction as upon such
       Account Shall appear to be had obtained raised or recovered
       after reembursing the said William Sydebotham John & George
       Wheeler their Heirs Executors or Administrators the Cost
       charges damages & expences w.ch they Shall or may Sustain or be
       put to for or by reason or means or on Account of the Trusts hereby
       Created Shall upon the reasonable request of the said Creditors
       well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Creditors
       of the said Basil Wheeler their or ^each^ other of their Heirs Executors
       or Assigns as Shall Accept and sign seal and deliver a writing
       purporting as Aforesaid that they Accept the terms & Conditions
       mentioned in the said ^this^ deed Provided nevertheless and these
       presents are upon this express Condition and it is hereby
       agreed that at the time the said Creditors of the said Basil Wheeler
       or any of them Shall come and signifie their consent in writing
       Aforesaid under their hands & seals to this deed the said
       Creditor or Creditors shall and will make and give unto
       or to the use of the said Basil Wheeler his Executors or
       Administrators Seperate and Absolute releases and discharges
