       Attorney in fact for the said Lawrance Spencer or any other
       Persons his Creditors Shall be vested with full power right
       and Authority to have free access to the Books of Account
       in Partnership as well to Satisfie themselves of the settlement
       made between the said Partners Basil John & George Wheeler
       as to enable them to secure and recover the part of the debts
       due on the said Books the share and Right of the said Basil
       Wheeler and in all things to have as full right power and
       Authority as the said Basil Wheeler could have touching the
       premisses in any case and in every Case Whatsoever Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration
       of the Covenants & Agreements herein after mentioned on the
       part and behalf of the said William Sydebotham John &
       George Wheeler their Executors Administrators and Assigns
       Covenanted and Agreed to be performed and done the said Basil
       Wheeler hath granted bargained sold Assigned Transfer'd and
       Sett over and by these presents doth grant bargain sell Assign
       Transfer and sett over unto the said William Sydebotham
       John & George Wheeler their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns all that Part of a tract of Land called Majors Choice
       aforesaid and all & Singular his share of Goods Wares
       and Merchandises in Partnership with the said John &
       George Wheeler together with all other Goods & Chattles &
       Credits whatsoever of him the said Basil Wheeler be
       Such Credits due in Partnership Aforesaid due by Judgment
       Bond Bill or otherwise howsoever or from whomsoever sett
       down and Expressed in the Schedule or Inventory delivered
       to William Sydebotham Attorney in Fact for the aforesaid
       Lawrance Spencer and John & George Wheeler
       excepting the Household Furniture of the said Basil Wheeler
       and fifty pounds Current Money for which Sum of Fifty
       pounds Current Money the said Basil Wheeler shall
       imediately give his Bond payable in five years to
       the said William Sydebotham & John & George Wheeler
       for the use and trust for his Creditors aforesaid To
       have and to hold the said part of the said Tract of
