       Called Homewoods Lott Containing thirteen hundred and Ninety two Acres All that part of a Tract
       of Land called Mill Town alias Young Richard containing six acres granted William Cumming Esq.r
       for forty six acres All that Tract or parcel of Land called Henrietta Maria's Care for Mary Chew containing
       Eight and a half acres of Land granted Charles Homewood All that part of Homewoods Chance and
       Blay's Neck containing Ten acres Homewood's CHance granted John Homewood Esquire for three hundred
       Acres and Blays Neck granted Edward Blay for two hundred acres All that part of a Tract or Parcel
       of Land called Scotland containing two hundred Acres granted Major Richard Ewen for six hundred
       acres All that part of a tract of Land called Leonards Neck containing One hundred and Ninety acres granted
       Henry Woolchurch for two hundred and Ninety acres All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Allcots Tryangle
       granted Samuel Alcott for seventy one acres All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Hogg Neck alias Davis
       his Lott granted to William Davis for seventy acres All that tract or parcel of Land called Bennetts Park
       containing Eighty one acres granted to John Bennett Esquire and all that Tract or Parcel of Land
       Called Charles Homewood and Mary Chews fair Jerusalem containing two hundred three and & half
       acres granted Charles Homewood Esq.r in the whole amounting to two thousand two hundred and
       thirty one Acres of Land more or Less excepting unto the said Charles Homewood for ever and reserving
       out of the said Premisses the Grave Yard or Burying Ground of the Ancestors of him the Said Charles Homewood
       with free Liberty of Ingress Egress and regress thereto for him the said Charles Homewood and others of his
       Family to bury and their Dead to Inter there and to repair and maintain the pailing and Inclosure
       thereof at his and their Expence Together with all Edifices Improvements Woods underwoods Timber
       Trees Water Water Courses Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and
       Sold Lands and Premisses and to every or either of them and to every or any part or parcel of them or any
       or either of them belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
       remainders rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof And all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Homewood of into
       or out of the said bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold Lands and
       Premisses and of into or out of every part and parcel of them and every or either of them with their
       and every of their rights Members and Appurtenances   To have and To hold the said Lands
       and Premisses thereby bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto him the
       said Henry Woodward his heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoofe of him the
       said Henry Woodward his heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever under a proviso or Condition (among many other Provisoes and Conditions
