       Intent and And meaning of the same Deed and the Act
       of Assembly in Such case made and Provided at the same
       time came Sarah His ^the^ Wife of the said Benjamin
       being Examined out of the hearing of her Said Husband
       freely relinquished her dower in the within mentioned
       Land without being compelled thereto by her Husband
       or for fear of incurring his displeasure

          Received the 28.th October 1765 of John Hammond three
       Shillings and three pence Sterling for the Use of Lord Baltimore
       being the Alienation Fine on the within Land And by virtue
       of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships
       Agent and Receiver General                           John Davidson

Examined
          This Indenture made the 28.th Day of October in the year
       of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty five Between
       Basil Burgess of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Gent.n of the one part And John Frederick Augustus Priggs of
       the said County and Province Surveyor of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Basil Burgess for and in consideration of
       the sum of Five shillings sterling in hand paid by the said
       John Frederick August Priggs The Receipt whereof the said
       Basil Burgess doth hereby Acknowledge and of every part
       thereof doth hereby Acquit Exonerate and Fully Discharge
       the said John Frederick Augustus Priggs Hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made over
       as by these presents he the said Basil Burgess doth for himself
       and his heirs Grant Bargain Sell Aliene Enfeoff Confirm and
       make over unto the said John Frederick Augustus Priggs
       his heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or parcell of
        Land Called Wheelers Park lying and being in the County
        aforesaid Contained and Circumscribed within the bounds
        courses Lines Limits and distances herein after expressed
        (That is to say) Beginning at a White Oak bounded with
                                                                            (Tw^e^lve)
