       due from the said John Row to John Glassford for dealings at
       his Store in Bladensburgh under the direction of Richard
       Henderson and also for the payment of a Debt of Sixty one
       pound thirteen & four pence Current Money ^due^ from the said
       John Row to the said John Glassford for dealings at his Store
       in George Town in Frederick County under the direction of
       Robert Peter and also for the payment of a Debt of Three Thousand
       Eight hundred & forty seven pounds of Tobacco due from the
       said John Row to Cap.t Judson Coolidge Attorney for Daniel Carroll
       for Rent of the plantation where the said John Row now lives
       and also for the payment of a Debt of about Two thousand seven
       hundred pounds of Tobacco due from the said John Row to Mess.rs
       John & Thomas Hartley for dealings in their Store at Bladensburgh
       under the Care of Daniel Stevenson and also in consideration
       that the said David Ross has become Security to Andrew Beall
       of Prince Georges County for a Claim he the said Beall hath
       against the said John Row on an unsettled Account which is to
       be determined by Arbitration and for Securing the payment
       of debts due from the said Jn.o Row to the Sundry following persons
       when the debts due to the said John Row can be collected to pay them
       if the amount of the sale of the effects under written should fall
       Short of paying the same viz.t  To Berriah Mayberry due in part
       for Schooner forty three pounds fifteen Shillings Inspection Currency
       To Mess.rs Richardson & Steuart about forty pounds Sterling To
       William Steuart about seven pounds currency to James Marshall
       Piscattoway an unsettled Account to John Ross Esq.r at Annapolis
       for a Protested Bill given for quit rents to be paid out of the Money
       due to the said John Row for Quit Rents put into the Hands of
       George Scott Esq.r to collect amounting to Three hundred Twenty
       three pounds Seven & Ten pence Sterling & one hundred & nineteen
       pounds Seven Shillings & eleven pence Maryland Currency he
       the said John Row hath given Granted Bargained Sold ALiened
       Released Enfeoffed and Confirmed  And by these presents doth
       Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns all those
       several Tracts or parcells of Land hereafter mentioned that is
       to say all that Tract or parcell of Land being part of Cranfords
                                                                               (Adventure)
