668. Willson and a debility and Weakness in his Father John Willsons Will of Charles County Deceased in Relation to some Lands therein Willed and Given to his son William second Party to these presents Him the said Jonathan Willson thereby moved and that his Fathers Will Shall have its intended Effect and Justice done to his Brother Hath for these Reasons Given Granted Aliened Confirmed and made over And by these presents doth fully and Clearly Give Grant Alien Confirm and make over unto the said William Willson his heirs and Assigns all them parcells of Tracts of Land Situate and lying in Saint Marys and Charles Countys called and known by the Names of the Indian Grants Sepulchre and Redding together with the Lott N.o 7 in Benedict Town all Willed to the said William Willson as Appears by his Father John Willsons Will duely Executed and proved in the Prerogative Office of this Province (as will more fully appear by referring thereto) To have and to hold all and Singular the abovementioned Lands and Premisses with every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said William Willson his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever Together with all and Singular the houses Gardens Orchards Fences Profits Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining And the said Jonathan Willson doth for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said William Willson his Heirs and Assigns Shall and may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Have Hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the abovementioned Premisses with every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances without the Eviction Molestation Interruption or Deniel of him the said Jonathan Willson his Heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them and in the only proper use and Behoof of him the said William Willson his Heirs and Assigns for ever (The Rents however to become due hereafter to the Lord or Lords of the Aforesaid Lands only Excepted and foreprised) And Lastly the said Jonathan Willson all and Singular the above Lands and Premisses with every their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said William Willson his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Jonathan |
