       or recovery had or obtained thereof shall and will from Time to Time
       and at all times hereafter upon reasonable request and Notice give
       a just and True account in Writing to the said Basil Wheeler and the
       Credittors of all such Debts Sum & Sums of Money or other satisfaction
       as upon such Account shall appear to be so had obtain'd or recovered
       by force virtue or means of this present Deed or otherwise out of the
       Estate of the s.d Basil Wheeler and such Money or other satisfaction
       as upon such accout shall appear to be had obtained raised or
       recovered after reimburseing the said William Sydebotham John
       & George Wheeler their Heirs Executors or Adm.rs the Costs Charges
       damages and Expences Which they shall or may sustain or be
       put to far or by reason or means or on account of the Trust hereby
       Created shall upon reasonable request of the said Credittors well
       and truly pay or Cause the same to be paid unto the said Credittors
       of the s.d Basil Wheeler their or each of their heirs Executors Adm.rs or
       Assigns as shall accept and sign seal and deliver a Writeing
       purporting as aforesaid that they accept of the Terms and Conditions
       in this said deed provided Nevertheless and these presents are upon
       this express Condition and it is hereby agreed that at the Time of
       the s.d Credittors of the s.d Basil Wheeler or any of them shall come &
       signifie their Consent in Writeing aforesaid under their hands and
       Seals to this Deed the said Credittor or Credittors shall and will
       make and give or to the use of the s.d Basil Wheeler his Executors or
       Adm.rs Seperate and Absolute releases and Discharges for all Debts
       dues and Demands Whatsoever due and oweing to him or them from
       the s.d Basil Wheeler at or unto the Day of the Date hereof In Witness
       Whereof the said Basil Wheeler hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed
       his seal the Day and Year first above written

                         On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t

       Maryland Prince Georges County fs.t September 14 1765 Then came before
       us (being two of His Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid)
       Basil Wheeler and Acknowledged the above Deed to be his Act
       and deed in due form according to Law so attested by us

Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty sixth day of September in the
       year seventeen hundred and sixty five Between James Marshall of
       Prince Georges County Merchant of the one part and Stephen Cawood of
       Charles County Planter of the other part Whereas for the docking
       barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and reversions or remainders
                                                                                              (thereupon)
