       April the 26.th 1765  Came before us two of his Lordships Justices
       of the Peace For the s.d County Mary Parker and acknowledged all her
       right title Interest property Claim & Demand of in and to the moiety
       and Dividend of Land In remainder w.th its respective Appurtenances
       within mentioned to be in the within named Francis King his
       heires & Assignes for Ever
                  Taken and Acknowledged before us the day and Year above Written
                                                                                  George Gordon
                                                                                  David Craufurd

          Received April 27.th 1765 of Francis King six Shillings and Eleven
       pence Sterling as an Alienation Fine on the within One Hundred
       & seventy Three Acres of Land by order of Col.o Edward lloyd Agent
       for the Right Honb.le the Lord Proprietor of Maryland

Ex.d                    Maryland Prince Georges County fs.t   To all to whom
       these Presents shall Come I James Marshall of the Province & County
       afs.d Merchant Send Greeting Whereas Francis King of s.d
       Province & County by a certain Deed of Bargain & sale duly
       Executed acknowledged & Enrolled among the Records of the
       Provincial Court of said Province Bearing date the 25.th day of September
       In The Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred & sixty two
       For and in Consideration of the Just and full Sum of Two hundred
       & Twenty eight Pounds sixteen Shill.gs & Eight pence Sterl.g and
       Ninety Nine Pounds nineteen Shillings & Two pence Current Money
       To him the s.d Francis King paid the Receipt whereof was Hereby
       Acknowledged Did Give Grant Bargain & Sell unto me the said
       James Marshall my heires & Assignes all that Part or Parcell of
       a Tract of Land Called Piscattoway Forrest lying in Prince
       Georges County In the Province af.d whereon the s.d Francis
       King Lately dwelt & purchased by him severally of Hutchison
       Parker William Parker Mary Parker Thomas & Eliz.th Greenfield
