534 appurtenances and all writings Deeds and Evidences to the same and every part and parcel thereof belonging or relating and all the Estate Right Title Interest Equity of Redemption use Trust property Claim and demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said James Richard of into or out of the said several Tracts Pieces Parcells of Lotts of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances To have and To hold the aforesaid several Tracts Pieces Parcels or Lotts of Land and Premisses with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said John Beale Bordley and his heirs To and for the only proper use and behoof of the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever provided always that if the said James Richard his Heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truly pay unto the said John Beale Bordley his Executors Administrators or Assigns the full sum of One hundred and Eighty one pounds sterling money of Great Brittain on or before the first day of May which shall be in the year seventeen hundred and Sixty six with legal Interest thereon that then and from thence forth this present Indenture shall cease determine and be void And the said James Richard for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth by these presents Covenant promise and agree to and with the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs Executors administrators and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that he the said James Richard his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will well and truly pay unto the said John Beale Bordley his Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of One hundred and Eighty one pounds sterling Money of Great Britain with Legal Interest thereon on or before the said first day of May which shall be in the year Seventeen hundred and thirty six And that the said James Richard now at the executing of these presents is and standeth seized of the aforesaid several Tracts Pieces parcels or Lotts of Land and premisses hereby bargained and sold or meant or mentioned so to be with their and every of their appurtenances of a good sure Perfect Absolute and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple without any manner of Condition Limitation of use or uses or Trust or other Act whereby to Alter Change Charge or determine the same And that he the said James Richard now hath in himself good right full power and lawfull and Absolute Authority to Grant Bargain sell and Convey the said several Tracts Pieces Parcels or Lotts of Land and Premisses unto the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form aforesaid, And that if default shall happen to be made of or in the payment of the last aforesaid sum of Money or any part thereof on the first day of May before mentioned for payment of the same that then and from thence forth it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns into and upon all and Singular the aforesaid several Lands and premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to enter and the same from thence forth peaceably and quietly to have hold and Enjoy and the Rents Issues and proffits thereof to receive and take to his and their own use and behoof without the Lett Suit denial disturbance hindrance or interruption of or by the said James Richard his Heirs Executors or Administrators or any other person or persons whatsoever and that free and Clear and freely and Clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of and from all and all manner of former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Dowers Intails Mortgages Extents Judgments Titles |
