5. assent of him the said Charles Homewood testified by his being a party to and executing these presents grant bargain sell assign transferr and set over unto her the said Rebecca Young her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All the severall Tracts or parcels of Land aforesaid and all and singular other the premises in the said recited Indentures of Mortgage or either of them mentioned and in and by the sid recited Indentures of Mortgage granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be by the said Charles Homewood to the said Henry Woodward as aforesaid with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances and the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profits of the said Lands and Premisses And all the Estate Right Title Use trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said John Hesselius and Mary his Wife or either of them of in and to the same Several Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and each and every of them of in and to every part and parcel of them and each and every of them together with the said recited Indentures of Mortgage To have and To hold the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses and each and every part and parcel of them and every of them with their and each and every of their Appurtenances herein before granted bargained sold assigned and set over or meant mentioned or Intended so to be unto her the said Rebecca Young her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assign in as full and ample Manner to all intents and purposes as they the said John Hesselius and Mary his Wife or either of them might could should or ought to have held and enjoyed the said Lands and Premisses and every part thereof In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first above written John Hesselius s Signed sealed and Delivered Mary Hesselius s in the presence of us M C Homewood s George Steuart Duty p.d Reb.a Young s J Price Cl Rob.t Couden On the Back of the aforegoing Deed were the following Endorsements to Wit Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Rebecca Young the sum of Two Thousand three hundred and ninety pounds seven shillings and four pence Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by her paid to Us we say received by us John Hesselius Witness Geo Steuart of Rob.t Couden Mary Hesselius |
