       Tasker for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Sterling Money
       of Great Britain to him in hand and for divers other Good Causes and
       Considerations hath for himself and no other Bargained Sold released Quited
       Claim and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Bargain Sell release
       Quit claim and Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll Barrister
       the share and Proportion of him the said Benjamin Tasker of and to
       the said one hundred Acres of Land herein before Described and to all
       and Singular the furnace forge Mill and other Buildings Conveniencys
       and Improvements on the said hundred Acres of Land being belonging
       or Appertaining   To have and to hold unto him the
       said Charles Carroll Barrister his Heirs and Assigns forever the
       said One hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances as well
       against him the said Benjamin Tasker for his Share and Portition
       in the same as against any other Person or Persons Claiming or to
       Claim such Share or Proportion of from by or under him in
       Witness whereof and the aforegoing Premises the said Parties to
       these Presents have Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals
       the day and Year first above Written

       Sealed and Delivered in
       the Presence of
          Francis Fairbrother
          George Dodson
                                         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                                         Written Viz.t

       Received the day and Year within mentioned of the within named Charles
       Carroll Barrister the sum of five shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain
       being the full Consideration Money within mentioned
       Test                                                                  Benj.a Tasker
             Francis Fairbrother
             George Dodson
