          On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named
       Samuel Conn and James Conn the sum of Ten shillings Current being
       the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by them Paid me
       Test                                                                                       J Hall

                                              On the tenth day of August 1764 came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named John Hall
       Samuel Conn and James Conn and did severally Acknowledge the within Instrument
       of Writing to be their respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses intents
       and Purposes therein mentioned and the Lands and Premises as therein Particularly
       specified to be the several Rights and Estates of the same Samuel Conn
       and James Conn their Heirs and Assigns respectively forever According to the
       true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and Provided

Ex.d      This Indenture made the fifteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Andrew Theodore Bourdillon
       of London Weaver Eldest son and Heir at Law of Benedict Bourdillon late
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Clerk Deceased and
       Jane Bourdillon of London Widow and Relict of the said Benedict Bourdillon
       Deceased by Daniel Dulany of Annapolis in Maryland Barrister at Law
       and Walter Dulany of the same Place Esquire their and each of their Attorneys
       on this behalf Constituted and Appoin^t^ed of the one Part and Charles
       Weisenthall of Baltimore Town Surgeon on the other Part Whereas the
       said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon by their ^Letter or^ Instrument
       of Attorney duly made executed and Proved bearing date on the Twenty fourth day
       of February seventeen hundred and Sixty four did Jointly and severally
