429.

       this Indenture Witnesseth that for the settling and declaring the intent
       use and Purpose of the said Recovery or Recoveries so to be suffered as aforesaid
       and for and in Consideration of the sum of ten shillings Current Money
       by them the same Samuel Conn and Joseph Conn to the aforesaid John Hall
       in hand Paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged It is Covenanted Granted
       and Agreed and declared by and between all the said Parties to these Presents
       that the said common recovery or recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other
       manner to be had and suffered and the Execution thereof from and immediately
       after the suffering the same or any other recovery or recoveries of the said mentioned
       Premises or any Part thereof shall and is ^and^ are hereby intended to be and
       enure and shall be Adjudged Construed deemed and taken and is and are
       hereby intended to be and was and were meant and intended and is and
       are hereby declared to be and enure and the Recoveror or Recoverors in the
       said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his
       and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of all the af.d Part of a Tract or
       Parcell of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances called Josephs Park devised
       to the same Samuel as aforesaid and every Part and Parcell thereof to and for
       the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Conn his Heirs and
       Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And of
       all the aforesaid part of the Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances
       called Josephs Park devised as af.d to the same Joseph and every
       part and Parcell thereof to and for the only Proper use and behooffe of
       him the said Joseph Conn his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no
       other use intent or Purpose    In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals
       the day and Year first above Written
