       with all edifices Buildings Gardens Commodities Improvements Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Moiety or half Part of the Tract
       of Land aforesaid belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profitts thereof
       and of every Part and Parcell thereof   To have and to hold the said
       Moiety of half Part of the Tract or Parcell of Land & all and Singular the
       Premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the said Andrew Pearce his Executors Administrators and Assigns from
       the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during
       and untill the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing
       fully to be Compleat and ended to the intent and Purpose that by
       force and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring
       Uses into Possession the said Andrew Pearce may be in Actual Possession
       of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and Accept a Grant and
       release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs forever
       and for such Uses and Purposes as shall be therein expressed and declared
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above

       Part Andrew Pearce of Cecil County Gentleman of the second Part and Benjamin
       Rumsey of the same County Attorney at Law of the third Part Witnesseth
