       Bounds Limitts and Discriptions following to with that hundred Acres whereof the afd
       William the Devisee then lived the Line Begining at a Branch Adjoining on the
       Manotocks fields and so running thirty Perches for Bredth and so for length to
       make out the hundred Acres of Land According to the expression of the last Will
       and Testament af.d recorse to the same being had more fully may Appear And
       the said William the Devisee by Virtue of the said Devise entered and was signed
       thereof in fee Tail and so thereof died Seized and left issue the af.d William
       Party to these Presents his eldest Son and Heirs  To have and to hold the
       aforesaid one hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances thereto belonging
       so as af.d Described Mentioned and expressed to the said Thomas Merrill
       his Heirs and Assigns to the intent and Purpose that by Virtue hereof that the
       said Thomas Merrill may be and become a Good and Perfect Tenant
       of the Imediate Tenant Freehold and Inheritance of all and singular the above
       Bargained Premisses against whom one or more Common Recovery or Recoveries
       may be had Perfected and executed to the Several Uses intents and
       Purposes herein after mentioned expressed and Declared and to and for
       no other Use intent or Purpose Whatsoever  And thereupon it is Covenanted
       Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these
       Presents that before the end of the next Provincial Court one or more Writ
       or Writs of entrie Sur Disseisin enlepost shall be brought and Prosecuted
       at the Proper Charges of the af.d William Merrill in the name of the said
       Simpson Merrell as Plaintiff or Demandant therein against the said
       Thomas Merrill Tenant or Defendant of the above Bargained Premisses
       with the Appurtenances by such Names Qua^n^tities Qualitys Number
