285. Purposes within mentioned and the said undivided two hundred and fifty Acres of Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Henry Jameson his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Acts of Assembly in such Case made and Provided Hands Recorded 14.th April 1764 14 1/2 s.d Ex.d This Indenture made this ^first^ day of February in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between John Belt Jun.r of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Osborn Belt of the same County and Province Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Belt Jun.r for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings sterling Money to him in Hand Paid by the said Osborn Belt the receipt whereof the said John Belt Junior doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom Acquit and discharge the said Osborn Belt his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Hath released surrendered ^and^ Yielded up and by these Presents Doth release surrender and yield up to him the said Osborn Belt his Heirs and Assigns All those ^undivided^ two hundred and fifty Acres of Land of that Part of a Tract of Land called the Inclosure containing fifteen hundred and three Acres of Land lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid the said last mentioned Part being to be Divided into three apart parts of two hundred and fifty Acres each and one part of three ^two^ hundred and ninety Acres and the whole of the said Part so to be Divided as aforesaid is butted and bounded as follows to wit Begining at the south east Corner of a Parcell of Land (formerly) |
