284 or Recoveries as well these Presents and the Assurance hereby made As also the common Rovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had Suffered and Perfected shall be and enure and shall be Adjudged construed Deemed and taken and are and are meant and intended and are hereby Declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoverys named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the said ^undivided^ two hundred and fifty Acres of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every Part thereof to and for the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Henry Jameson his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written his Signed Sealed and Delivered Osborn X Belt seal in the Presence of us Mark Henry Jameson Seal J Rogers TStone J.r Rich.d Queen Seal On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Vizt Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Henry Jameson the sum of One hundred and Sixty Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me Witness I say received by me JRogers his T Stone J.r Osborn X Belt Mark On the fourteenth day of April 1764 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named Osborn Belt Henry Jameson and Richard Queen and did Severally Acknowledge the within Deed to be their Respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses intents and Purposes |
