       the Portion of Two thousand eight hundred Pounds sterling Money of Great
       Britain which the said Eleanor Carroll was entituled unto did thereby for
       himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Grant and
       Agree to and with the said Charles Carroll and Eleanor Carroll their
       Executors and Administrators that in Case the said intended Marriage
       should take effect and the said Daniel Carroll should Decease and depart
       this Life before the said Daniel ^Eleanor^ Carroll without Issue Male of his Body
       to be begotten on the Body of the said Eleanor Carroll his said intended Wife
       a live at the Time of his said Decease that then and in such Case the
       Executors Administrators or Assigns of the said Daniel Carroll should pay
       or cause to be Paid to the said Eleanor Carroll her Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the just and Just ^full^ sum of Two thousand eight hundred Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain ^in^ the Space of six Months next after the Decease
       of the said Daniel Carroll And in Case the said Daniel Carroll should
       Decease and Depart this Life before the said Eleanor Carroll his intended
       Wife and leave issue Male of his body to be Begotten as aforesaid alive
       at the Time of his said Decease and in Case the said issue Male
       should Attain the Age of Twenty five Years that then and in such Case
       that his Executors Administrators or Assigns should pay or Cause to be Paid to
       the said Eleanor Carroll her Executors Administrators Administrators
       or Assigns in Lieu and instead of the said sum of Two thousand eight
       hundred Pounds sterling the sum of One thousand three hundred Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain in the space of six Months ^next^ after the said
       Decease of the said Daniel Carroll   And the said Daniel Carroll
       did thereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators further
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles Carroll
       and Eleanor Carroll that in Case he the said Daniel Carroll
