       or be subject to pay any Debts Claims or Demands whatsoever against the Estate
       of the said John Smith or as Executor thereof and the said James Marshall shall
       return a rateable part of the Estate of the said John Smith deliverd to him
       by the said Young Parran in and towards the discharge and satisfaction of all
       and every such Debts Claims and Demands as aforesaid And also that in case
       the said James Marshall shall well and truly at all Times and Time hereafter
       save and keep harmless and indemnified the said Young Parran his heirs
       Executors & Administrators against all and every Claim and Demand that shall
       or may at any Time be made against him or them in respect of all or
       any of the Articles of the said Estates delivered to him the said James Marshall
       by him the said Young Parran and also in respect of his the said Young
       Parrans delivery thereof to the said James Marshall then the said Obligation
       to be void otherwise to remain and be in full force and Virtue in Law

           And Whereas the aforesaid James Marshall since the Execution
       of the said Deeds to him hath taken and actually received the Rents Issues
       and Proffits of a considerable part of the premises in so much that by
       an Account thereof now rendered it appears that of the said sum of One hundred
       and fifty six pounds two shillings and three pence Current Money and the
       aforesaid Debt due as aforesaid to the afd John Glassford and Comp.a as well
       as all advances and Credits given by the said James Marshall therein now
       due after deducting the Rents and Profits by him the said James Marshall
       already actually received and due only the sum of Two hundred & Nine
       Pounds & five pence Current Money   But it is apprehended the said
       Deeds so made to the afd James Marshall are not artificial in the frame
       of them to Effect the purposes intended hereby   Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Hutchinson Parker and Alethea his wife
       for the better Carrying on into Execution the Purpose and Intention of
       the said recited Deeds and in Consideration of five shillings Current
                                                                                                 Money
