       the sale aforesaid shall fall short of the afores.d sum of Money and Interest And the
       said Benjamin Beall doth further Covenant and agree to and with the said John
       Glassford and Company that he the said Benjamin Beall his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns shall and will well and truly pay and satisfy unto the said John Glassford
       and Company their Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns ninety pounds
       part of the aforesaid sum of money on or before the first day of January next ensuing the date
       hereof   In Witness whereof the said Benjamin Beall hath hereunto set his hand
       and affixed his seal the day and Year first above written
          Signed Sealed and Delivered     
          in the presence of                           Benj.a Beall son of Nini Jun.r   s
          Jn.o Brice         Ja.s Brice

       1764 January the 11.th 1764      Received of John Glassford and
       Company the sum of Two hundred and seventy pounds seventeen shillings
       and six pence Currency and also Five Shillings Currency being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned      I say received by me
       Witness    Jn.o Brice                                    Benj.a Beall son of Nin Jun.r

       1764 January the 11.th   Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       the Right Honble the Lord Proprietary his Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named Benjamin Beall and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named John Glassford and Company their heirs and Assigns
       forever according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in
       such Case made and Provided

Ex.d   This Indenture made the Sixteenth day of November in the
       year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty three Between Edward
