       On the Nineteenth day of November seventeen hundred and sixty three Came before
       me George Steuart one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named Jane Ayton party to the within Deed and did acknowledge the within Instrument
       of Writing to be her Act and Deed and the Tract of Land therein mentioned & Premises with
       the Appurtenances to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll son of Daniel Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany
       and Walter Dulany their Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of
       the Same Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided

          Nov.r 21.st 1763  Received of Charles Carroll Esquire Benjamin Tasker Charles
       Carroll son of Daniel Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany
       Three shillings and ten pence sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine
       on the within Ninety eight Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r
       his said Lordships Agent and receiver General

                   Recorded the 21.st November 1763

Ex.d      This Indenture made this sixteenth day of November in the Year of
       our Lord seventeen hundred sixty & three   Between Ann Gaither of the City of Annapolis
       Widow of Samuel Gaither of the one Part & Charles Ridgley Juner of Baltimore County
       of the other Part   Witnesseth that the aforesaid Ann Gaither for & in Consideration of
       the full and just sum of one hundred Pounds sterling money of Great Brittain to her the
       said Ann Gaither already in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged &
       every part & parcel thereof doth hereby Acquit & Discharge the said Charles Ridgely
       his heirs & Assigns for ever   And by these Presents the said Ann Gaither hath
                                                                                                                   Given
