156.

             This Indenture made the fourteenth day of
Exd   November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty
       Three Between Edward Digges William Digges & Henry Digges in the
       Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Patrick Macshary of York County
       and Province of Pennsylvania of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward
       William & Henry Digges for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and
       Fifty Pounds to them in hand paid by the said Patrick Macsherry before the ensealing
       and delivery of these presents wherewith the said Edward William & Henry Digges Do
       Acknowledge themselves to be fully Content Have given granted Bargained sold
       and Confirmed and by these Presents Do give grant bargain sell and Confirm unto
       the Said Patrick Macsherry all that Parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land
       Called Digges's Choice and beginning at a forked White Oak on the south West side
       of Plum Creek and about forty perches from the said Creek and running thence
       North seven degrees East Twenty three Perches North Twenty Degrees West forty six perches
       North sixty one Degrees East three hundred & forty five perches South Twenty degrees
       East seventy Eight perches south fifty Eight degrees West One hundred & sixteen perches
       North Seven degrees West Sixteen perches then by a direct Line to the beginning for
       One hundred & fifty Acres of Land with the Rights Members and Appurtenances thereof
       and also all the Right Titel Claims or Demand of the said Edward William
       & Henry Digges of in and to all and singular the Premisses above mentioned
       with the appurtenances   To have and To hold the aforesaid One hundred and
       Fifty Acres of Land with the appurtenances unto the said Patrick Macsherry his heirs
       and Assigns to his and their own proper Use and behoof for ever and the said Edward
       William & Henry Digges for Themselves their heirs and Assigns Do Covenant and
       grant to and with the Said Patrick Macsherry his heirs and Assigns that he Patrick
