       Ways Paths Waters Water Courses Timber Trees Woods Libertys Easements Priviledges Profits
       Comoditys Advantages Emoluments Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said premisses
       abovementioned belonging or in any wise Appertaining   And the Revertion and Revertions remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof with the
       Appurtenances   And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said John Younger and Gabriel Griffith or either
       of them (as Assignees of the Estate of the said Robert Gilpin as aforesaid) of in and to the same premises
       and of in and to every Part and Parcel thereof   Together with all Deeds Evidences Escripts
       Muniments and Writings solely touching and relating the said premises or any Part thereof
       now in the hands Custody Power or Possession of them the said John Younger and Gabriel Griffith
       or either of them as Assignees aforesaid   To have and To hold the said Tract or Parcel
       of Land and all and singular other the Premises herein above mentioned and intended to be
       hereby granted and released with their and every of their Rights Members Annexations and
       Appurtenances unto them the said John Caile and Elizabeth Caile their heirs and Assigns
       To the only Proper Use and Behoof of them the said John Caile and Elizabeth Caile their
       heirs and Assigns for ever   And the Said John Younger and Gabriel Griffith do hereby
       for themselves severally and for their several and respective Heirs Executors and Administrators
       and every of them Covenant and grant to and with the said John Caile and Elizabeth Caile their
       heirs and Assigns by these Presents in manner and form following that is to say that they the said
       John Younger and Gabriel Griffith or either of them or any other Person or Persons whatsoever
       by their or either of their means Privity or Procurement have not nor hath made done
       Committed or Willingly or Willingly Suffered any Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby or
       wherewith or by reason or means whereof the said Premises above mentioned or any Part
       thereof are is shall or may be Charged impeached or incumbered in Title charge Estate
       or otherwise howsoever   And also that they the said Young Younger and Gabriel
       Griffith (as assignees aforesaid and their heirs and all and every other person
