139. Granted or mentioned to be granted with the Appurtenances unto the Said Jeremiah Warder his heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use and Behoof of the Said Jeremiah Warder his heirs and Assigns for ever To be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee thereof by the Rents Duties and Services if any therefore due and of Right accustomed And the said John Cox doth Covenant for him and his heirs And the Said Samuel Mifflin doth Covenant for him and his Heirs and for the Said Rebecca his Wife and the heirs of her the said Rebecca to and with the Said Samuel Neave & Jeremiah Warder their heirs and Assigns by these Presents that they the said John Cox and Samuel Mifflin and Rebecca his Wife and their heirs respectively the said four several described Tracts of Land Hereditaments & Premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be granted with the Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Neave & Jeremiah Warder their heirs and Assigns against them the said John Cox and Samuel Mifflin and Rebecca his Wife and their heirs respectively and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or under them or any or either of them shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness Whereof the said Parties to these Presents have ^hereunto^ Interchangeably Set their hands and Seals hereunto Dated the day and Year above Written Sealed and Delivered John Cox s in the Presence of Us Sam.l Mifflin s The words situate in Prince Georges County Rebecca Mifflin s aforesaid being first interlined Jon Morris William Paschall On the foot of the above Deed was thus Written Viz Philadelphia fs.t Be it Remembered that upon the thirty first day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three Before me William Coleman Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the Supream Court of the Province of Pennsylvania personally appeared the above named Samuel Mifflin and Rebecca his Wife and freely and Voluntary Acknowledged the above Deed and all the Lands Tenements & Hereditaments therein mentioned or intended to be Conveyed to the above named Samuel Neave & Jeremiah Warder their |
