126.

       be had or made otherwise then by Publick Sale or Vendue in the said Province of
       Maryland according to the usual Way and Manner of selling Estates thereof such a Nature
       or Tenure as the said Trust Premises are or any thing herein before contained to the
       Contrary thereof in any Wise notwithstanding And the Said James Wardrop for
       himself his heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby Covenant Promise and Agree
       to and with the said John Buchanan his Executors Administrators and Assigns that
       he the said James Wardrop his Executors or Administrators Shall and will well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Buchanan his Executors Administrators or Assigns
       the said sum of Five thousand One hundred and Eighty Pounds six shillings and seven
       pence on the second day of August which will be in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven
       hundred & fifty six with lawful Interest for the same or such other sum or sums of Money
       as the said James Wardrop his heirs Executors or Administrators shall be then indebted to
       the said John Buchanan his Executors Administrators or Assigns without any Deduction
       or Abatement whatsoever   And the said James Wardrop for himself his heirs Executors
       & Administrators doth hereby Covenant Promise and agree to and with the said James
       Johnson his Executors Administrators & Assigns that he the said James Wardrop his
       Executors or Administrators shall and will truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
       James Johnson his Executors Administrators or Assigns the Aforesaid sum of One thousand
       & Fifty Eight Pounds Eighteen Shillings at the Time mentioned in the aforesaid three
       accepted Bills without any Deduction or Abatement whatsoever And the said James
       Wardrop for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby further Covenant
       Promise and Agree to and with the Said John Buchanan his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns That from and after Default shall be made of or in
       payment of the said Several Sums of Five thousand One hundred and Eighty pounds
       six shillings and seven pence with lawful Interest for the same   And One Thousand
       fifty Eight Pounds Eighteen shillings or such other sum of sums of Money as aforesaid
       to the said John Buchanan & James Johnson respectively or their respective Executors
       Administrators or Assigns by the said James Wardrop his heirs Executors or Administrators
       contrary to the aforesaid Covenants of the said James Wardrop for payment thereof
                                                                                                                      according
