97) Confirming and sure making the aforesaid Land Premises unto the Said John Deaver his heirs and assigns for Ever As Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our Hands and Seals this Seventeenth Day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Seven Signed Sealed & Delivered the mark of in Presence of Antill A D Deaver Seal John Hall Elizabeth Saunders Sar^a^h Deaver Seal Ann Deaver On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t Be it Remembred that on the Seventeenth Day of March 1757 Came the within Named Antill Deaver and Sarah Deaver before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within Deed to be their Act and Deed and that the within Land and Premises are the Right Title and Interest of the within named John Deaver his heirs and assigns for Ever John Hall 7 1/2 sides Recorded July 14.th 1757 Ex.d Know all men by these Present That I John Noble of Conrick in the Parish of Snaith in the West Riding of the County of York Yeoman Conly Son and Heir of John Noble late of Conrick aforesaid Yeoman deceased who was only Son and Heir of William Noble late of Snaith aforesaid Yeoman Deceased by Mary his Wife formerly Mary Wainwright also Deceased and Cousin or Nephew to Thomas Wainwright (late) |
