       County Marriner our and each and every of our Lawfull
       Attorneys Jointly and Severally for me ^us^ and in our and each
       and every of our Name and Names to Enter into all those Lands
       and Plantations with the Appurtenances Called and comonly
       Known by the Name of Pentridge now in the Possession of
       John Scott Singean And also all those other Lands and
       Plantations with the appurtenances called and Known by
       the Name of Bishford now in the Possession of John
       Tilden And also all those other Lands and Plantations
       Called and Known by the Name of                  now
       in the Possession of Joseph Nicholson situate lying
       and being in the County of Kent within the Province of
       Maryland in Norteimerica whereof Elias King (Great
       Uncle of the said Mary Walters and Sarah Andrews) was at
       the time of his Death Seized and all other ^the^ Lands & Plantations
       Lying and being in Kent County aforesaid Baltimore
       County and Queen Anns County and Else were within
       within the Province of Maryland aforesaid whereof the
       said Elias King at the time of his Death was any way Seized
       and Entituled unto and full and peaceable Possession and
       Seizin thereof for us and in our and each and every of our
       Name & Names to take and after Such Possession and Seizin
       for us and in our and each and every of our Name and Names
       So had and taken for us and in our and each and every of
       our Name and Names to Remove and put out the Occupiers
       of the said Premisses or any part thereof And the Same
       Premisses and every part thereof for us and each of our use &
