       Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only Proper use and
       Behoof of him the Said Charles Carroll Esq.r his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever and to no other use ^Intent^ or Purpose whatsoever
       and the said Charles Carroll Junior doth hereby
       for himself his heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll Esq.r
       his Heirs and Assigns the aforesaid Moieties of Doohougan
       and Chance to Warrant and for ever Defend unto the said
       Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs and Assigns against
       all Persons whatsoever Claiming any Right or Title
       thereto from by or under him the Said Charles Carroll Jun.r
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Present have
       hereunto Interchangeable set their hands and affixed
       their Seals the day and year                     Mentioned
       Signed Seald and Delivered         Charles Carroll Jun.r   Seal
       in the Presence of

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t
