       Called Clinmalira Vale of Johosophat Ely O Carroll and Letter
       Lomma and Whereas Charles Carroll Esq.r hath further agreed to Convey to
       the said Charles Carroll Junior all that Tract of Land Called the Girls
       Portion Containing one Thousand seven hundred acres and half that
       Tract of Land Called Cloven Couse Containing four hundred and sixty
       two and an half acres both which Tracts of Lay Lately in Prince
       Georges County but now in Frederick County in order to Give
       the Said Charles Carroll junior and then ^an^ Equivolent for
       the Said Exchange Now this Indenture further Witnesseth
       that the Said Charles Carroll Junior in Consideration of
       the agreement above Mentioned and in Consideration
       of Five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the
       Said Charles Carroll Esq.r at and before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt Whereof he doth
       hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth Acquit and Discharge
       the Said Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns Hath given granted Bargained &
       Sold and by these Presents he the Said Charles Carroll
       Junior doth Give grant Bargain and Sell unto the said
       Charles Carroll Esq.r and his Heirs and all his the Said
       Charles Carroll Juniors Right Title Claim and Interest of in
       and to one moiety of the Tract of Land called Doohougan
       Containing Five thousand Acres and One Moiety of the Tract
       of Land Called Chance Containing Four hundred and Eighty
       Four and an half acres  To have and to hold the Said
       Moietys of the said Tracts of Land Called Doohougan and
       Chance Containing the Quantities of Land aforesaid be the
       same more or less unto him the Said Charles Carroll Esq.r his
