70) and Stock of Cattle and Horses and Mares with their each and every of their Increase to be the Right and Estate of the afore named John Worthin^g^ton his Grand father his heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the Same release and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided 10 sides Geo Steuart Recorded May 14.th 1757 Ex.d On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorst Viz.t ^Vide Mortgage Recorded in Lib.r E T N.o 3 folio 523^ Know all men by these Present that I John Worthington son of William of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Planter Eldest Son and heir at Law of William Worthington Junior of Baltimore County Gentleman Deceased for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty Pounds Sterling to me in hand paid by my Grand Father John Worthington one of the Parties to the within Indenture of Mortgage the receipt whereof I Do hereby Acknowledge have remised released and for ever quit Claimed and by these Presents for my self and my Heirs do fully Clearly and Absolutely Remise release and forever quit ^Claim^ unto the said John Worthington in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of the within Mortgage all the within mentioned Tract of Land Called Welshs Cradle Containing two thousand Acres of Land more or less with its Appurtenances together with the Equity of redemption of the same Tract of Land and Premisses To have and to Hold the aforesaid Tract of Land Called Welshs Cradle with its rights members (and) |
