69 Right of Equity of redemption of the Same Negroes and Stock of Cattle and Horses To have and to Hold all the aforesaid thirty nine Negroes and Malatto Slaves with their and every of their Increase and also the aforesaid Eighty three head of Cattle and Twelve Horses and Mares with their each and every of their Increase unto my Said Grand Father John Worthington his heirs & assigns for ever so that Neither I the Said John Worthington son of William nor any heirs nor any other Person or persons for me or them Shall or will by any way or means hereafter have Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the aforesaid Premisses or any part or parcel thereof In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this Eighteenth Day of April Anno Dom 1757 Signed Sealed and Delivered John Worthington seal in the Presence of Benj Beall Tho.s Worthington 1757 April 8.th Then reced of my Grand Father of John Worthington afore named the afore mentioned sum of fifty Pounds sterling being the Consideration afore mentioned Witnesses John Worthington Benj Beall Tho.s Worthington Mem.d on the 18.th day of April Anno Dom 1757 before me the Subscriber one of the Provincial Justices of Maryland Personally appeared the afore named John Worthington son of William and Acknowledged the aforegoing release to be his Act and deed and the Negroes Molattos (and) |
