67) yearlings and four Bulls all or the most part of them marked with a Croop in the left Ear and a hole and till in the right Ear Also Twelve horses and Mares (to wit) horse Jack a bay stallion Buck Tinker Champ [illegible] Prince Pleasure a Croop mare a sorral and Gray mare Two Bay mares To have and To hold the aforesaid thirty nine Negroes with their Increase also the afs.d Eighty three head of Cattle with their Increase unto the Said John Worthington his heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only Proper use Intent & Purpose Whatsoever and the said William Worthington Junior for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenants and Agrees to to and with the said John Worthington his heirs and assigns that he the Said William Worthington Junior his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs the said Several negroes Stock of Cattle hosses and Mares with their and Each and Every of their Increase unto him the said John Worthington his heirs and assigns and Against all manner of Persons whatsoever shall and will for Ever Warrant and for Ever by these Presents Provided allways and it is the true Intent and meaning of these Presents that if the above mentioned William Worthington Junior shall well and truly Paid or Cause to be paid unto the Said John Worthington his Certain Attorney Executors & Adm.rs and assigns the Just sum of two hundred fifty and four Pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain with legall Interest for the same from the date hereof at or before the twenty fourth day of July which Shall be in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and forty Six (without) |
