       Morea Jane and Jenny Female slaves with their Future
       increase all which Said Lands and premisses with the slaves
       above named and specified and Mentioned to be hereby granted
       sold and released are now in the Actual Possession of the said
       Nathaniel Chapman by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to
       him thereof made by the said William Lock Weems
       for the Term of one whole year by Indenture bearing date
       the day next before the day of the date of these presents
       and by force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into
       Possession made and Provided And the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits of all and singular the Lands and Slaves above named
       Specified and intended to be hereby granted Sold and released
       And all the Estate right Title Interest property claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said William Lock Weems
       of in and to the said Lands and Slaves or any of them or
       any part or parcel thereof To have and to hold the
       said Lands and Tenements with the slaves above mentioned
       with their future Increase and all and singular other the
       Premisses hereby granted sold and released with their and
       every of their Appurtenances unto the said Nathaniel Chapman
       his heirs and Assigns for ever to such uses upon
       such Trusts and to and for such Intents and Purposes
       and with and under such Provisoes Limitations and
       Agreements as are herein after Expressed and declared
       of and Concerning the Same That is to Say To the
       Use and Behoof of the said William Lock Weems
